A Businessman to Rebuild Our Economy

Jeff Cragg is a real Delawarean. Jeff is a business owner - he and his wife Terry own and operate a mail receiving business, Mailboxes, Etc., in Fairfax, DE. They have doubled the business' revenues since acquiring it in 2000 and have been successful members of the Fairfax community, adding jobs to Delaware’s economy and their community.

Jeff graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, MN in 1983 with a B.A. in Economics. Jeff also played defensive tackle for the Carleton Knights football team. During his college breaks he worked as an accounting clerk for Rotary International in their world headquarters in Evanston, IL, for 3 years.  

After graduating Jeff went onto a successful career in Insurance Marketing and Management. In his twenties, he was a Vice President, Group Insurance at Provident Indemnity Life where he grew revenues over 1,000% from $6.5 million to over $65 million, on a profitable basis, in 5 years. He moved on to successful management positions working in Re-Insurance, Accident Insurance, and Collegiate Health Insurance. Through each position he grew operations and employment, building successful businesses.

Jeff, 51, has been married to his wife Terry for 21 years. They have four children, the oldest a lawyer practicing in Delaware. His second son attends Carleton College like his father. His daughter will be choosing her college for her freshman year shortly, and his youngest son is completing the 6th grade. His children have attended both public and private schools.

Jeff resides in his home in Brandywine Hundred, which he and his wife have owned for 21 years.
